Sure Tec GmbH, a German factory with more than 100 years in the industry has now been acquired by Luxe group with a buyout of 100% shares. With a staff strength of 30 persons, the company produces brass and aluminum hose couplings. Their capabilities include mould design, forging, CNC machining, and surface treatment.
Luxe group engages in fluid safety transportation and produces a worldwide range of standard industrial hose couplings, fire-fighting fittings, pumps, and valves. This acquisition is a milestone for the global development strategy of Luxe group and brings design and production closer to customers, higher quality small quantity production and faster deliveries.
