The Supervisory Board of Semperit AG Holding decided to extend the Management Board mandate of Felix Fremerey until 30 November 2020.
Christoph Kollatz, Chairman of the Semperit Supervisory Board said, “We are very pleased that Mr. Fremerey will be available as a board member at Semperit for a longer period of time. Being responsible for the Medical Sector, he focuses on the comprehensive and sustainable improvement of the situation in this Sector.”
He further added, “Together with his board colleagues Martin Füllenbach, CEO, and Frank Gumbinger, CFO, he will pursue the path that has been taken and supported by the Supervisory Board in the future with all the necessary emphasis.”
