NORRES Group has recently acquired the Italian hose manufacturer and distributor De Bernardi.
De Bernardi is has been established in the market since 1970. The company is well-known for its competence and technology in flexible hoses, ventilation ducts, fabric ducts as well as flexible connectors. The acquisition of De Bernardi is in line with NORRES’ internationalization strategy and significantly strengthens the company’s market position in Italy.
Terms and conditions of the transaction were not disclosed.
