Eisele, a multinational developer, producer and distributor of solid metal connectors headquartered in Waiblingen, Germany, has announced that it has taken the INOXLINE stainless steel push-in fittings a step further. With the 17B series, unveiled at Achema 2018, Eisele has further optimized the sealing system of its INOXLINE push-in fittings.
In the new design, the O-ring is installed in front of the collet, in order to improve the tightness of the connection and eliminate gaps in the tube at the sealing point. In combination with FDA-compliant Viton seals, the 17B series is recommended for diverse applications in processing and packaging technology, as well as food and pharmaceutical production.
INOXLINE push-in fittings are made of 1.4301/1.3207 stainless steel, designed to be easy-to-clean and offer outstanding resistance to corrosion. The company states that the material also guarantees that the transported operating media will not be contaminated by material components or particles.
