Manuli Hydraulics announced the launch of the HERCULES/HT SYSTEM for giant excavators used in open pit mining. The HERCULES/HT SYSTEM comprises of the newly developed HERCULES/HT 6WS hose, a selection of highly robust INTERLOCK SUPER fittings, the GOLDENCRIMP/420 crimping machine, and the HSSL Heat-shrinkable sleeve.
Designed to work together, this system enables the easy field-replacement of the critical “hump hoses” found on giant excavators.
The HERCULES/HT SYSTEM is designed for working pressures up to 420 bar and is available in the most commonly used sizes of DN 31, DN 38 and DN 51.
