Non spill HCB quick couplings can handle all fluids: gas, steam, vacuum, and aggressive fluids, for all industrial sectors. The flat face technology ensures continuity of sealing during connection and disconnection; no pollution can enter your fluid circuits while connecting, and no contamination of the workplace during disconnection.
Locking is done by an easy push and turn movement. This technology is reliable and provides excellent resistance to vibration. Thanks to the foolproof mechanical colored pin, the socket can only be connected to its own plug (and vice versa). Each safety key is associated with a color providing visual identification of the circuits. The couplings are also fully automatic; just push the plug onto the socket.
Built with AISI 316 L Stainless steel & associated with a wide number of seal material, the HCB quick coupling is compatible to a very large number of fluids.
