Hasco offers clients a comprehensive range of hoses in many different materials for the various applications in the construction of injection moulds.
Its newest product is the blue PVC hose Z850 with its high-tenacity reinforcement of polyester yarn supplements. Also available is the white PVC hose Z85 and the red PVC hose Z851. The different colors permit easy identification of the cooling lines.
For example, the blue HASCO PVC hose Z850 is used preferentially for water cooling lines. The three-ply transparent blue PVC hose with fabric reinforcement is highly flexible and can be used at service temperatures of up to 60°C.
