Flexaust, the manufacturer of durable, long lasting, flexible hoses and ducting solutions, expands their abrasion resistant polyurethane Flx-Thane series hose line to include five wall thicknesses for applications ranging from light dust collection to very severe service. The newest addition, Flx-Thane XLD, is a very lightweight hose ideal for woodworking dust collection. It is a .015-inch walled, highly flexible and compressible hose that still features the excellent abrasion resistance and tear strength of polyurethane, making it ideal as a more economical alternative to heavier weight polyurethane hoses. The Flx-Thane XLD is available in 25-foot lengths in 2-inch to 12-inch I.D. sizes and is manufactured with an FDA acceptable clear material allowing the user to easily find any obstructions.
