Are You Selecting the Right Materials for Your Hoses?

Material selection is both a crucial and challenging part of the hose and hose-related applications designing processes. The industry and process the hose will be used for, will determine if rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFs) or a metal such as stainless steel, should be used to achieve absolute containment.

The Hose + Coupling World Americas Conference & Expo 2020, taking place on December 2nd and 3rd, 2020, at the San Jacinto College LyondellBasell Center for Petrochemical, Energy, & Technology (CPET) in Pasadena, TX, will highlight the various materials, both metallic and non-metallic, that should be used for the manufacturing of hoses and hose-related products, maintenance required for metallic and non-metallic hoses, and what standards to follow to keep hose operators safe.

Please visit the Hose + Coupling World Americas 2020 website to learn more about the various hose-related topics that will be highlighted at the event.
